Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance for our visits as we prefer to spend our time with our patients instead of negotiating with insurance companies. If you need labs, imaging, or other insurance-based items, you are still able to use your insurance for those. You may also have out-of-network benefits. We can give you a superbill to submit for reimbursement from your insurance (this does not apply to medicare patients).
Do you accept HSA or FLEX spending for payment?
Yes! Both HSA or FSA (Flex Spending Account) can be used to pay for appointments, treatments, and services.
Do you offer primary care services?
While we are not a primary care center or urgent care, we do provide some of the same primary care services if you’re feeling sick or need help treating an illness.
Do you see patients remotely via Telehealth?
Yes. After your initial visit, if you need to meet with your provider remotely we can schedule a visit via Zoom.
Do I need a consultation if I know what kind of treatment I’m looking for?
We will always listen to your thoughts and recommendations and help you implement them. But meeting with you for an initial consultation helps us see your bigger healthcare picture so we can personalize your plan and help you meet your goals.
