Tammy Wick

As an Arizona native, I grew up in the north valley and relocated to Gilbert in 1996. I have two daughters, two stepsons, and three wonderful grandchildren. When my husband and I aren’t spending time with family, we enjoy weekends exploring Arizona on our quads or taking quick trips to Prescott.

My passion for the medical field started in high school, though I wasn’t sure what direction to take at the time. Over the years, my desire to mentor others led me into management. With over 25 years of experience across multiple medical specialties, I have been fortunate to build strong teams, connect with patients, and provide vital support to the physicians I work with. I look forward to continuing my journey at Activated Health and Wellness, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for both our patients and team.
