Katelyn Retter

Katelyn is originally from Colorado and moved to Flagstaff, AZ, at a young age. She later settled in the Phoenix. With over 13 years of experience in healthcare, her passion for helping others has always driven her career. Katelyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration with a concentration in Human Services, but her heart consistently leads her back to the medical field.

She finds immense fulfillment in encouraging patients, especially on their tough days, serving as their cheerleader, and creating a welcoming environment where they feel accepted and understood. Katelyn strives to connect on a personal level, reassuring patients that they are not alone in their journey.

Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cherishing moments with her dogs, and exploring the great outdoors.
